I have a passion and love for what I do! I believe events should be an unforgettable experience, not just a celebration and I have a knack for turning every wedding and event into just that. 

Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I became an avid traveler with a love for big blue skies and wide open spaces. I always have my eye on uncharted spaces, unique venues and stunning backdrops for your milestone moment.

Northern California is home with my husband and two kids with my office based in Sausalito. I worked for Salesforce for five years, where I managed a wide range of executive-level events. I then made the move into weddings and private events and I haven’t looked back. I have also spent my time volunteering as a board member and event chair with America SCORES, a literacy and soccer nonprofit organization.

My unique background separates me from the rest. My inherent love for corporate events, as well as weddings and social events is rivaled only by my dedication to the clients I work with and the vendors I partner with. I am inspired by my clients and want to help plan an authentic experience that you will never forget.

STEPHANIE CHAU

ASSOCIATE PLANNER

Stephanie is a California girl, born and raised. She was able to recognize her knack for events at a very early age, and she was always sure that it was a career she wanted to pursue. In her teens, she was elected as a member of her student government to help put together school functions where she quickly earned a reputation for creating memorable events. Stephanie continued on to receive her degree in Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, and she was 1 of 28 students accepted annually into their Events Management program.

Stephanie started her career off in SoCal where she took part in producing all types of social events ranging from weddings, milestone parties, charities/galas, and celebrity events. Seeking new challenges, Stephanie moved her life to the Bay Area to explore the corporate side of the industry, and here, she began to produce events alongside marketing teams for some of the largest companies across the city. However, she always felt herself being drawn back to weddings, and in 2020, she joined the team at Lally Events to get back to following her true passion. With her diehard love for checklists and a keen eye for detail, Stephanie continues to create “best-day-evers” for couples all over the globe with our team.

ERIKA RICHARDS

CORPORATE EVENTS MANAGER

Erika was born in California but spent the majority of her childhood in the midwest. The Bay Area is now where she calls home to her and her family. Erika’s passion for events stemmed from an event planning course where she earned a scholarship to attend the 2020 PCMA Convening Leaders Conference. The conference had so many unique experiences, and she knew she wanted to create moments like this for others. Erika received her degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism. Being part of the group who graduated during the pandemic, motivated her to continue her studies. She is now earning her M.B.A at Cal State University, East Bay.

Erika began her career in the F&B sector producing events for corporate clients such as Google, CISCO, and Apple. Eager to learn about  other aspects of events, she took a position with an event rental portfolio company where she gained experience in event design.  Here she assisted clients bring their visions to life. Although, she felt herself missing the live experience of events. She missed the moment when you are are mid-event and you see folks having a great time and you take a moment to take in what an amazing team created. In magnificent timing, Erika was presented the opportunity to join the Lally Events team, and she has not looked back since. She loves being a part of an incredible team of women who create such special moments for clients to cherish forever.
